What's New?

Okay, let's see, what's new in the awesome news world? Well, I got the new Pop. Science magazine which had a lot of cool stuff. What really caught my eye was the phone that could project a 100-inch screen. It is called the Samsung Show W7900, and was debuted at the CES 2009 Show. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a show for technological stuff in southern California with lots of crazy t.v.'s and car stereo systems. The practical uses are not yet clear to me, and I'm sure not many of my friends will be owning one of those, but to make a story short, it is a projector in a phone for airplanes, seatbacks, and on tabletops. How good the phone is? I'm not sure. It is probably a mediocre phone from the looks of it, just like the iPhone. Well that's all that's new except for some other boring news like Obama passes Stem Cell Bill and Sewage Spill in S.F. Bay.
And of course, as always, the website

New Technique for Sickness

With the "sick" season ending or starting, all must be prepared.  When sore throats and runny noses appear, even the healthiest get sick.  Recently, I learned a family tradition that will be practiced the rest of my life.  What you do is gargle a cup of hot water with 1 teaspoon of salt 5 times (half-mouthfuls).  You do this once a day until the sore throat goes away.  This surely worked for me, and I would recommend it to you greatly!

Saltines

How many saltines do you think you can eat in one minute? What do you think is the world record? I'd like everyone to take some saltines and try to swallow as many possible in one minute. You'll be surprised how many you can actually swallow!!!

Relating to the topic of dogs....

Are dogs able to know what people are saying and comprehend it? No, of course not!!! But they are able talk. This mini bull terrier has become a cult hit because he can talk. He is the star in the most popular video download in Germany. Unbelievable!!! Again, I wish I had that dog.

Faith- The Amazing Dog

Is it impossible for a dog to walk on two legs? Most scientists would surmise that dogs are not fit to be walking on only two legs. After being adopted, Faith, the two legged dog, was trained by another pet to walk. He now lives a normal life as a normal dog in a loving, caring family. I would love to have that dog! Coming out of critical condition, Faith has become a national dog "pop star", and might even be on a Harry Potter.

What to Expect

This blog will bring you information no newspaper or ABC News session has ever given you. It will prick your ears like an elf, and enrich your brain like South Park always does. If you're looking for news titles like, "Majority Vote, Minority Rights Before Court", you're in the wrong place. Because I definitely don't want to go to my computer and read about that!!! By the way, if you haven't figured out yet, my name is Shane and this is going to be a lot of fun!!!
